Fixed-price conservation reporting for planning and design projects

The services below are offered as fixed-price tiers for different types of historic environment and planning work. This ranges from early-stage review and compliance through to more detailed heritage reporting for planning and design projects.

Following an initial review of the project scope and risk, most desktop reports are issued within 72 hours. Optional site visits and photographic surveys are available when required.

Tier 1 - Letter

Heritage Compliance Letter - short heritage review for low-risk conservation and planning matters.

Tier 2 - Statement

Conservation Due Diligence Statement - desktop-based review of heritage significance and conservation constraints informed by the NPPF and Historic England guidance.

Tier 3 - Report

Statement of Historical Significance (SoHS) Report - structured assessment of significance, setting, and proposed change within the historic environment, informed by the NPPF and Historic England guidance.
